There is a mod that allows a user to launch a real nuke. I saw a youtube video of it. It was a compilation of a bunch of weapons, including a mini-nuke launching mini-gun, 2 SMGs that shot ridiculous amounts of spears (one had a larger spread than the other), a laser shotgun, and a mini-nuke sniper.
