All of that is located in the modmanager/Games/SF5/Mods folder for each mod. It makes doing it the manual way much better and you can still use your pak files. Naming each mod that way may be a pain, but you only need to do that once, then you can toggle mods on/off with MM instead of the manual way each time you want to swap mods.
